JUNGBUNZLAUER CITRIC ACID PLANT DRAINAGE SYSTEM PIPING – JANUARY 2001
Location: Ontario, Canada
In October of 2000, Matrix NAC mobilized onto the greenfield site of the Jungbunzlauer Citric Acid Plant in Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada.
As the civil contractors began to transform the dirt fields into concrete, Matrix NAC was there to work hand-in-hand installing the underground drainage system for the process building.
Due to the nature of the process, the entire piping system was constructed from 304 stainless steel with full penetration welds.
To aid our field staff and streamline the budget, a significant amount of the prefabrication was completed in-house at Matrix’s fabrication shop.
The four-month project was completed on schedule.
